What is the Friday Night Party?
One of summer’s best celebrations and the official start of Obliteride Weekend! Connect with your amazing community, honor loved ones, and enjoy a catered dinner, beverages, and live music. You can also pick up your participant packet at the party.
Where: Gas Works Park, Seattle
When: Friday, August 7, from 4 – 8 p.m.
What: Dinner, live music, and activities
Admission is included for registered riders and 5K walk/run participants. Virtual participants and guests can purchase tickets online or at Gas Works Park that include food and beverages. Service animals are welcome; no pets are allowed.
How to Get Your Jersey, T-shirt, and Participant Packet
Participant Jersey and T-shirt
All in-person riders and 5K walk/run participants will be able to pick up their jersey or T-shirt at the Friday Night Party or on Obliteride Day. Jerseys and T-shirts will not be mailed ahead of Obliteride Weekend.
Packet Pickup
If you are participating in a bike ride or the 5K walk/run, you must pick up your participant packet in person. The packet includes your participant bib, bike plate, and wristband, which are required for participation. You may do this:
- At the Friday Night Party, from 4 – 8 p.m.
- On Obliteride Day at the Packet Pickup tent, starting one hour before your start time.
Parking at Gas Works Park
Parking is very limited near Gas Works Park, so please plan accordingly — consider riding your bike, carpooling with teammates, or taking public transportation. Complimentary secure on-site bike parking will be available.
TIP: Use the SpotHero website or app to reserve and pay for parking in advance. Search for parking near Gas Works Park, choose your preferred spot, and complete your reservation to easily find parking on the day of the party. Subject to availability.
